Schedule: Full-time position

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead therapeutic sessions for families, couples, and individuals.
• Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Integrate diverse therapeutic modalities to meet client needs.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance care quality.
• Keep detailed and timely client records.

Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus excellent benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related area.
• Active LMFT license.
• Experience working with various client demographics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
