Full-Time Position for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Seattle, WA
Are you a skilled therapist who enjoys guiding individuals, couples, and families through life’s most complex challenges? We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our compassionate team.

Who We Are: Our counseling center focuses on fostering mental wellness by providing personalized therapy to individuals, couples, and families. We create a collaborative and supportive environment to help clients achieve lasting change.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to address client needs.
• Use a range of therapeutic techniques to help clients thrive.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure holistic care.
• Document treatment progress and maintain accurate records.

Compensation: $90k - $110k annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Current LMFT license in Washington.
• Experience with diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
• A commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional growth.
