Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed in Coralville, IA
Are you passionate about fostering mental wellness? We are seeking a skilled LMFT to provide compassionate care to families and individuals as they navigate life’s challenges.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to families and individuals, helping them address emotional, psychological, and relational challenges.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct interviews to gain insights into family dynamics and social histories.
• Offer education and guidance on mental health and community resources.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation of sessions and interventions.

Compensation Package:

• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually
• Full benefits package included

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Iowa LMFT license (active and in good standing).
• Proven experience working with culturally diverse groups.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
