Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed in Pella, IA
Do you have a passion for mental health and wellness? We are searching for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to work with families and individuals, providing expert guidance and care.

Role: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead therapy sessions for families and individuals to address emotional and psychological concerns.
• Design and implement individualized therapeutic plans focused on specific client needs.
• Gather comprehensive information on family histories to better understand client challenges.
• Educate clients about mental health issues and connect them with valuable resources.
• Accurately document client progress and maintain thorough records.

Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000 annually, with full benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active Iowa LMFT license.
• Experience working with diverse populations is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
