Full-Time LMFT in Tucson, AZ – Partner with Families on Their Path to Growth

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Assess client needs and create effective, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods to inspire growth.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure quality care.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records of each session.

Compensation: $90k - $110k annually, with a full benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A current LMFT license in Arizona.
• Experience working with diverse client backgrounds.
