Full-Time LMFT in Kingman, AZ – Guide Families Through Their Healing Journeys

We’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who’s ready to bring hope and transformation to families in need. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to support their emotional and relational goals.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families.
• Design treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Employ diverse therapeutic strategies to achieve positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver well-rounded care.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress.

Compensation: $90k - $110k annually, including benefits.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• LMFT license in Arizona.
• Experience working with a wide range of clients.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong commitment to ethical practices and personal growth.
