Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform client assessments to identify therapeutic needs.
• Conduct therapy sessions tailored to individuals, couples, and families.
• Collaborate with clients to establish treatment goals and track progress.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines in recordkeeping.
• Participate in professional development to refine your therapeutic skills.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 annually with full benefits.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field.
• Active LMFT licensure.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
