Responsibilities:

• Offer therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Identify client objectives and design suitable treatment plans.
• Adjust therapeutic approaches to individual circumstances.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes.
• Ensure detailed and confidential case documentation.

Earnings: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with a full benefits package included.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or similar field.
• Valid LMFT license in the state of Iowa.
• Proven experience with diverse client populations.
