Role Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Duties:

• Conduct therapy sessions for clients, including individuals and families.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on client evaluations.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their goals.
• Partner with colleagues to deliver well-rounded care.
• Keep detailed and accurate client records.

Pay Range: $90k - $110k per year, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a similar discipline.
• Active LMFT license in Maine.
• Experience with diverse populations and strong interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative attitude and excellent communication abilities.
• Commitment to ethical therapy practices and lifelong learning.
