Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Cookeville, Tennessee

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. If you're driven to create positive change and improve mental health, this opportunity might be the perfect fit.

Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
  • Create personalized treatment plans based on client assessments.
  • Apply various therapeutic techniques to support client goals.
  • Work in collaboration with other team members to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually plus full benefits.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Current LMFT licensure in Tennessee.
  • In-depth knowledge of therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent rapport-building skills.
  • Relevant LMFT certifications and training.
