Position Available: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Annapolis, Maryland

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create personalized therapy plans.
• Lead therapy sessions for clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Document progress accurately while ensuring confidentiality.
• Participate in training to stay current with best practices.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current LMFT license.
• Hands-on experience in therapeutic practice.
• Proficiency with evidence-based methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
