We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to help individuals and families build stronger relationships and achieve their goals. This full-time position offers a supportive work environment, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Duties:

• Assess client needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Keep accurate records while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Participate in professional training to enhance your skills.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Valid LMFT licensure.
• Clinical experience using evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
