Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time Opportunity in Indianola, Iowa

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct family and individual therapy sessions to foster emotional well-being and resolve conflicts.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans addressing mental health and relational concerns.
• Interview clients to gain a clear understanding of their histories and needs.
• Educate clients about available services, treatments, and coping strategies.
• Ensure all counseling records are accurate, complete, and secure.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, plus benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a similar field.
• Current LMFT license in Iowa.
• Experience with diverse populations is highly valued.
• Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
