Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time Role in Norwalk, Iowa
Are you a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist looking to help individuals and families find clarity and improve their relationships through skilled counseling? We are hiring for a full-time LMFT position.

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy for families and individuals with a focus on improving emotional well-being and interpersonal relationships.
• Develop personalized strategies to address issues such as family conflicts, mental health concerns, and stress.
• Interview clients to collect comprehensive social histories and identify their specific needs.
• Provide education on mental health resources, treatment plans, and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records for each client.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, with benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline.
• Valid LMFT license in Iowa.
• Experience in therapy with diverse populations is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
