Full-Time LMFT – Join Our Team of Experts in Mental Health in Red Oak, Iowa
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide professional counseling and support to individuals and families, helping them navigate challenges and strengthen their relationships.

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic sessions to individuals and families with a focus on emotional health and relationship improvement.
• Design treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, addressing issues such as stress, family conflicts, and mental health conditions.
• Interview clients to gather detailed social histories and assess their needs.
• Educate clients and families on treatment options, mental health services, and recovery processes.
• Maintain confidential and accurate counseling records.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, with benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
• Iowa LMFT license required.
• Experience with diverse populations preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
