Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Franklin, Tennessee

Job Description:

Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored, evidence-based therapy to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Offer input on enhancing therapy practices and improving client experiences.
  • Keep thorough and confidential records of client interactions and progress.

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active LCSW license in Tennessee.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish trust and meaningful connections with clients.
  • Proven expertise in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
