Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Deliver customized, evidence-based therapy services that address diverse client needs.
• Build strong, collaborative partnerships with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Share ideas and strategies to strengthen therapy outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client care.

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Active LCSW license in Tennessee.
• Skilled communicator with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Expertise in clinical diagnosis and intervention strategies.
