Job Description:

Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to clients navigating diverse life challenges.
• Partner with families and healthcare professionals to create cohesive care plans.
• Support the development of innovative approaches to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and progress.

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, with full benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current Tennessee LCSW license.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Deep understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Strong organizational and clinical skills.
