Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time Position Available in West Des Moines, Iowa

Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapy sessions to address mental health and relationship concerns.
• Create tailored care plans to meet client-specific goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs.
• Educate and guide clients on mental health resources and pathways.
• Maintain detailed and secure records for each client.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, plus benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in Iowa.
• Experience working with culturally diverse clients is valued.
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset.
