Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time Position in Johnston, Iowa
Collaborate with a team of professionals committed to empowering individuals and families to navigate life’s challenges and improve emotional well-being.
Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate therapy sessions to address mental health and relationship issues.
- Develop individualized care plans tailored to client needs.
- Conduct assessments to identify and address therapeutic goals.
- Provide education on mental health resources and treatment options.
- Maintain secure and accurate documentation of therapy records.
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, plus benefits
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Active LMFT license in Iowa.
- Experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
