Hiring: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Full-Time in Fremont, California

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, or groups.
  • Utilize proven therapeutic approaches customized to client needs.
  • Help clients develop coping strategies for life’s challenges.
  • Ensure confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards.
  • Guide clients through treatment options to promote healing and growth.
  • Support individuals in building resilience and enhancing relationships.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, including a robust benefits package.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • Current LMFT license in California.
  • Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems approaches.
  • Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Two or more years of experience preferred.
