Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed in Bel Air, Maryland

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to support therapy planning.
• Facilitate therapy sessions with diverse clients.
• Develop customized treatment strategies.
• Maintain detailed and confidential case records.
• Stay current with advancements in therapy practices.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with a full benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy (or related field).
• LMFT licensure in good standing.
• Experience applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
