Position Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy with individuals, couples, and families.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support client development.
• Work closely with a team of professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Keep accurate and confidential records of client progress.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with full benefits.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license in Alaska.
• Experience working with a diverse client base.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• A passion for ethical practice and ongoing professional growth.
