Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions that empower individuals, couples, and families.
• Evaluate client needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation.
• Work alongside healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to mental health.
• Offer emotional support and crisis intervention when required.
• Stay informed on emerging mental health trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT in the state of California.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrates sensitivity to diverse perspectives
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
