Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Full-Time Opportunity in San Francisco, California

We are seeking for a dedicated health therapist who will provide behavioral health consultation and brief empirically validated interventions to patients. This position offers a great opportunity for a motivated Therapist to join a team of caring professionals, with plenty of room for professional growth and advancement.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy individual, family, and/or couples counseling
• Perform a complete mental status exam and recognize changes in mental status
• Design and modify treatment plans to guide clients toward their personal goals.
• To establish and maintain effective and mutually respectful relationships with professionals and support staff
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to care.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support as needed.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Appropriate California License (LMFT, Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy, Clinical or Counseling Psychology).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and compassionate attitude
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
