Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Beaverton, Oregon
We're looking to add a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to our growing mental health team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and dedication to providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in our community. This role involves delivering comprehensive mental health care tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with a robust benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform initial evaluations and create personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches.
- Engage in professional development through clinical supervision and training opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.
- Follow ethical guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active, independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon.
- Demonstrated experience in therapy and treatment plan creation.
- Strong communication skills to foster connection in virtual therapy settings.
- Comfortable and skilled in using online therapy tools.
