Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – McMinnville, Oregon

A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is needed to join our expanding mental health team. This position offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful therapy services to individuals, families, and couples within the community.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Annual Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000, with a complete benefits package.

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to design effective treatment plans.
• Offering therapy services for individuals, families, and couples, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Participating in training and ongoing professional development.
• Keeping informed on emerging trends and best practices in marriage and family therapy.
• Maintaining ethical standards and safeguarding client confidentiality.

What We're Looking For:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) active in Oregon.
• Background in creating tailored treatment plans and delivering therapy.
• Strong interpersonal skills for virtual therapy interactions.
• Familiarity with online therapy tools.
