Full-Time LMFT Opportunity in Beaverton, Oregon

We are adding a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to our innovative mental health team. This role is vital in providing comprehensive therapy services to individuals, families, and couples in our community.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, including a full suite of benefits.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform client assessments and develop customized treatment strategies.
• Deliver therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families using proven approaches.
• Take part in supervision, training, and skill-building activities.
• Stay updated on current research and trends in marriage and family therapy.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon.
• Experience in providing therapy and designing treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication skills to connect in virtual settings.
• Comfortable with online therapy platforms.
