Hiring Full-Time LMFT Role – Belfast, Maine

Job Details:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the cooperation and effective working relationships of mentally and emotionally disturbed patients and families.
- Analyze case information and make sound clinical assessments, diagnosis and decisions regarding treatment methodologies, client progress, and case development.
- Maintain the confidentiality of client information.
- Work alongside healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to mental health.
- Interact with clients in a therapeutic effective manner.
- Organize data, develop information, and prepare clear, concise, comprehensive records and reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Current and valid licensure as a LMFT in the state of Maine.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrates sensitivity to diverse perspectives
- Ability to exercise clinical judgment with supportive consultation in a timely manner.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with the management team, patients, the public, community members and external agencies.
