We are currently looking to bring on board a licensed clinician to join our expanding team. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will specialize in providing consultations, assessments, and time-limited family-centered services.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

• To recognize signs and symptoms of mental health disorders and apply/utilize appropriate treatment interventions.
• Interprets and explains social and emotional factors pertaining to illness to clients, relatives, and community groups, and may conduct educational sessions and training events, as appropriate
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to offer a well-rounded approach to care.
• Intervene as an advocate for patients to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations
• Continue professional development by keeping up with evolving mental health practices.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Licensed in the State of California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• Ability to exercise clinical judgment with supportive consultation in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of LMFT ethics and scope of practice
• Demonstrated ability to work respectfully and effectively with culturally diverse clinic staff and patients.
