Hiring Full-Time LMFT Role –Dover, Delaware

Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the cooperation and effective working relationships of mentally and emotionally disturbed patients and families.
• Analyze case information and make sound clinical assessments, diagnosis and decisions regarding treatment methodologies, client progress, and case development.
• Maintain the confidentiality of client information.
• Work alongside healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to mental health.
• Interact with clients in a therapeutic effective manner.
• Organize data, develop information, and prepare clear, concise, comprehensive records and reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT in the state of Delaware.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrates sensitivity to diverse perspectives
• Ability to exercise clinical judgment with supportive consultation in a timely manner.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with the management team, patients, the public, community members and external agencies.
