Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Role in San Leandro, California

Type of Role: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Providing professional mental health counseling.
- Crafting personalized treatment plans to suit client needs.
- Meeting clients regularly to provide therapy and update plans as needed.
- Performing ongoing evaluations of client improvement.
- Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, referring when necessary.
- Assisting clients in creating healthier coping mechanisms and emotional stability.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- LMFT licensure in California.
- Experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy (preferred).
