Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time in Johnston, Iowa

Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy sessions that support emotional well-being and healthy relationships.
• Design and implement therapy plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Collect detailed client histories, including social and medical backgrounds.
• Offer guidance on treatment options and connect clients with support resources.
• Keep accurate and secure client records in compliance with confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a similar discipline.
• Current LMFT license in Iowa.
• Background in serving clients from various cultural and social settings.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
