Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To recognize signs and symptoms of mental health disorders and apply/utilize appropriate treatment interventions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring progress is tracked and adjustments are made as necessary.
  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to offer a well-rounded approach to care.
  • Intervene as an advocate for patients to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations
  • Seek ongoing professional growth and supervision to deepen your practice and expand your expertise.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Active LMFT license in the state of California with no history of disciplinary action.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practices, client confidentiality, and professional integrity.
  • Strong knowledge of various therapeutic models and techniques for treating mental health conditions and relational issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work respectfully and effectively with culturally diverse clinic staff and patients.
