Hiring Full-Time LMFT Role – North Las Vegas, Nevada
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is dedicated to providing therapy that fosters emotional well-being and builds healthier relationships. As an LMFT, you will work in a dynamic, client-centered practice where you will have the autonomy to tailor therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client while benefiting from the collaborative support of a team of experienced professionals. Whether providing counseling for trauma survivors, relationship counseling, or helping families navigate transitions, you’ll have the ability to make a profound impact on the lives of those you work with.
Job Details:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, with a focus on achieving measurable goals and tangible outcomes.
- Conduct thorough intakes and assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ emotional and relational needs.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations, HIPAA, and organizational policies.
- Attend regular team meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions to maintain high standards of practice and receive clinical support.
- Participate in community initiatives and outreach programs aimed at raising awareness of mental health resources and reducing stigma around therapy.
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during urgent situations, using evidence-based practices to manage and resolve crises effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Current and valid licensure as a LMFT in the state of Nevada.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
- Ability to exercise clinical judgment with supportive consultation in a timely manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations.
- Experience in providing trauma-informed care, working with families in crisis, and helping clients navigate life transitions.
