Are you looking for a career that allows you to truly make a difference? As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, you’ll provide care that transforms lives, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s complexities and challenges.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 annually, with full benefits included

What Your Role Will Look Like:

  • Lead therapy sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns.
  • Conduct assessments and craft treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Use evidence-based strategies to guide clients through mental health or addiction challenges.
  • Maintain well-organized client records and track progress.
  • Work closely with colleagues to continuously improve care quality.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Valid LMFT license in California.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults.
  • Excellent listening, diagnostic, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
