Full-Time Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed in Ocean City, Maryland

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM

Pay Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 annually, with a robust benefits package included.

Primary Duties:

• Evaluate client needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide specialized therapy to clients from various backgrounds.
• Adjust approaches to therapy as goals shift.
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
• Active LMFT license in Maryland.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy methods.
