Hiring! Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – in Stockton, California (Full-Time)

We are now looking for a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse client and help them work through emotional and relational challenges.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and therapy objectives.
  • Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessary
  • Establish and maintain effective and mutually respectful relationships with professionals and support staff
  • Collaborate with other clinicians, community organizations, and support services to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Intervene as an advocate for patients to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations
  • Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain caseload and schedule according to agreed-upon expectations and manage client needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
  • Knowledge of LMFT ethics and scope of practice
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to respond calmly and effectively in crisis situations
  • Flexibility in working with a wide range of client issues, including mental health disorders, relationship issues, and family dynamics.
  • Knowledge of ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and HIPAA regulations.
