We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a supportive and professional team. If you enjoy helping individuals and families navigate challenges, this full-time role may be a great fit.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation:

• $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions that align with client needs.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support client progress.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a similar field.
• A valid LMFT license in Maryland.
• Experience working with diverse client populations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
