Remote Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) – Victorville, California

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Connect clients with additional resources when needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• Experience in therapy, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Ability to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
