Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Goodyear, Arizona

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team and provide meaningful support to clients facing life’s challenges. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact on families in our community.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with a robust benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Evaluate client needs and develop customized care strategies.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques to drive progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive care.
• Document therapy sessions with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or similar discipline.
• Active LMFT license in Arizona.
• Proven experience with diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
