Remote LMFT Role

Overview
A fully remote opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oakland, California. In this role, you will provide expert mental health care to individuals and families, addressing concerns such as PTSD, emotional regulation, and behavioral challenges. We are looking for someone with strong clinical expertise who can create meaningful change through therapy and case management.

Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ mental health needs and develop customized treatment strategies.
• Conduct individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches like CBT and ABA.
• Support clients coping with PTSD and other complex conditions.
• Manage cases efficiently, coordinating additional services when required.
• Ensure proper documentation following ICD-9 guidelines.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize client outcomes.
• Provide counseling for children and families, fostering healthy relationships.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in therapy and case management.
• Skilled in CBT, ABA, and other therapeutic methods.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
