Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Remote Position in San Bernardino, CA

We are hiring an experienced LMFT to provide high-quality remote therapy services across California. This role focuses on supporting individuals and families dealing with PTSD, emotional challenges, and behavioral concerns. Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions to individuals and groups using methods like CBT and ABA.
• Provide specialized support for clients managing PTSD.
• Oversee case management and ensure timely referrals when needed.
• Maintain detailed records following ICD-9 standards.
• Collaborate with other professionals to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Offer child and family counseling to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Valid LMFT license in California.
• At least 2-3 years of clinical experience.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
