Virtual LMFT Role in Roseville, CA

Overview
A rewarding opportunity is open for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote mental health support throughout California. This role involves helping individuals and families navigate PTSD, behavioral concerns, and emotional well-being. Strong clinical experience and case management skills are essential for success.

Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy in both individual and group settings, using CBT, ABA, and other techniques.
  • Offer specialized counseling for PTSD and other conditions.
  • Manage case coordination, ensuring clients receive appropriate resources.
  • Maintain compliance with ICD-9 documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance treatment effectiveness.
  • Offer counseling to children and families to support relationship growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • Active LMFT license in California.
  • At least 2-3 years of counseling experience.
  • Familiarity with CBT, ABA, and additional therapeutic models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
