Overview
A rewarding opportunity is open for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote mental health support throughout California. This role involves helping individuals and families navigate PTSD, behavioral concerns, and emotional well-being. Strong clinical experience and case management skills are essential for success.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy in both individual and group settings, using CBT, ABA, and other techniques.
- Offer specialized counseling for PTSD and other conditions.
- Manage case coordination, ensuring clients receive appropriate resources.
- Maintain compliance with ICD-9 documentation standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Offer counseling to children and families to support relationship growth.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Active LMFT license in California.
- At least 2-3 years of counseling experience.
- Familiarity with CBT, ABA, and additional therapeutic models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
