Our outpatient clinic is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. We believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where therapists can thrive while making a real difference in people’s lives.

Position Overview:

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families facing relationship challenges, mental health concerns, and life transitions
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to help clients build resilience, improve communication, and foster meaningful connections
• Maintain client records and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards
• Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated mental health professionals

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Licensed to practice in the state of Maine as LMFT
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case management skills
• Excellent communication and counseling skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and legal considerations related to therapy practice
