We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT). Join us as we expand our online counseling platform. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to individuals and families, helping them navigate challenges and improve their mental health.

Job Details:

Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide individual/ family counseling
• Provide instruction in learning appropriate mental health skills including but not limited to: stress reduction, problem-solving, and psychoeducation
• Submit documentation on a timely basis
  
• Crisis intervention
• Attend all agency trainings and monthly supervision

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telehealth services working as a marriage and family therapist
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• State license that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT)
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Must be trained in how to provide evidence-based treatment
