Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Smyrna, Tennessee

A leading mental health counseling team that values the transformative power of therapy is looking for a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to support individuals, couples, and families in their emotional growth. This full-time role is designed for a therapist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact.

Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually plus full benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
• Assess client needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Use a variety of therapeutic methods to help clients reach their personal goals.
• Work alongside other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Keep accurate records of client progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Valid LMFT license in Tennessee.
• Strong expertise in therapy with individuals, couples, and families.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build strong rapport with clients.
• Relevant certifications in Marriage and Family Therapy.
