Now Hiring: Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Manchester, New Hampshire

We are currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team. As a therapist at our center, you will facilitate mediation and conflict resolution processes to help couples and families resolve disputes.

Position Overview

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate clients to identify emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs, and can diagnose mental health disorders within the context of marriage and family systems.
• Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them address relationship problems, communication difficulties, and other issues impacting their well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based approaches and techniques to help clients achieve their goals.
• Assist clients in navigating crises and transitions, such as divorce, job loss, or significant life changes.
• Refer clients to other specialists, resources, or services in the community when necessary.
• Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
• Apply family systems theory to assess and address relational patterns and dynamics.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, marriage family therapy, or similar field
• Current and unrestricted MFT
• Experience in an outpatient practice setting is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate open and effective dialogue between clients
• Problem-solving and coping skills to address challenges and improve relationships
