Location:

Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $74,000.00 - $117,000.00 per year

Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who specializes in providing mental health services focused on relationships, family dynamics, and individual well-being.

Duties:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals, couples, and families.
  • Identify emotional, behavioral, and relational issues through interviews, observations, and standardized assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Establish therapeutic goals related to relationship dynamics, emotional health, and personal growth.
  • Address issues such as marital conflicts, communication breakdowns, infidelity, parenting challenges, divorce, grief, and trauma.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts, improving emotional intimacy, and rebuilding trust.
Requirements:
  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the practicing state.
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Clinical experience in individual, couples, and family therapy.
  • Experience with a range of therapeutic modalities.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution and emotional regulation techniques.
  • Ability to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment.
